Yes! If you qualify through the Douglas County Assessor for a discount on your property taxes, you qualify with us for a discount on your water bill. The monthly discount if you qualify is $15.

What are the monetary penalties for delinquent payments and water shut-offs?
Can I pay a set amount each month and settle up at the end of the year?
Budget billing will be available to all customers sometime in 2022.
Can I pay my bill with a credit card or debit card?
Yes! We accept credit card payments in-person and online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There is no extra charge for this service.
Is my meter read for actual consumption all year round?
Yes. The District finished changing all meters to radio-read. Now your actual water consumption is billed every billing cycle.
When is my bill due?
All bills are mailed on the 15th of the month and due by the 5th of the following month.
